With virtually no fanfare, Amazon is making aggressive moves to enter yet one more segment of the logistics industry — customs clearance and compliance.
The retail behemoth, which acquired cloud-based customs clearance startup INLT in 2019, is now actively recruiting customs compliance staff for what it calls its “Cross-Border” team.
